BOARDING: Full or Half board
Full Board $305.00 a month:
We provide:
-A worry free environment
-Daily am/pm feedings, hay
-Shavings & stall care
-Insect control
-Fresh water
-Independent or group turnout (your choice) to green pasture.
-Vet, farrier scheduling and stand in if needed.
Half Board: $195.00 a month:
We provide:
-Stall
-Green pasture
-Access to all the amenities
-Water
Your responsibilities:
-Daily am/pm feedings along with your grain, shavings, stall care, farrier, vet scheduling and handling. "Buy our hay at a discount or provide your own." "Feeding, stand-in's, stall care may be provided.".

All welcomed boarders will be required to complete a monthly board lease agreement. Background checks are conducted on Boarders and Vet inquiry on the Equine.All EQUINE MUST BE CURRENT ON ALL SHOTS FOR EVERYONES SAFETY.
Riding lessons - $30.00/hr
Here we like to teach you accompanied with the horse basic ground communication, technique and skill before you ride. (Depending on your experience this may be eliminated
Training/Exercise- $30.00.hr
Getting acquainted with a horse - $15.00/hr
If your new to the equine experience, come see me to learn about your tack, basic ground work and care. Stalls available for continued assistance at $25.00 per night.
If you can't bring him/her here, I'll come to you.Ground work refresher course - 1 week in house: $150.00-$325.00
Bomb proofing - 2 week in house: $225.00-$275.00 (This is a much more intense rehabilitation training)
Training and Exercise
1 month in house - $550.00
2 months in house - $705.00
3 months in house - $915.00
Depending on type of training and horse, a few extra days may be required.
Rehabilation:
Neglect, malnutrition, abuse...............depends on condition. Call for more information.

Sub-Leasing the grounds:
Options: 90'x350' arena, 60ft round pen, which as been moved, see Photo Gallery, poles, jumps, barrels, traininig equipment, wash stall, water and hay. Normally 20% of hourly rate but (Negotiable).
Just want to train, work your horse in our facility, $10.00 an hour and a agreement of release of liability.

Open 7 days a week from 10am to sunset.
Want to come in afer work in the winter season, after sunset, that is completely acceptable.
